Method #1:
Give a Product Away
Virally Attract Affiliates
Build Your List of Buyers
AND Make Money

You’re going to give a product away, and then you’re going to ask the people you give the product to if they would like to SELL it for 100% instant commissions.

First, give the product out in exchange for testimonials and add those testimonials to the sales page. Now set the product at a low price, $5 to $10, and ask everyone you gave the product to if they would like to promote it for instant 100% commissions. Be sure to either place your affiliate link inside your product that sells another product, or place a link to another one of your products.

Keep in mind that anyone can promote your product – even if they don’t have a list or a website – simply by sending out tweets or talking about it on Facebook. On the download page, you’re going to offer buyers the opportunity to promote the product and earn 100% instant commissions. This will keep a steady stream of new affiliate coming in and promoting your product.

You’re virally building your email list full of BUYERS, and you’re making money from that link you placed inside your product. BONUS: Also place your money making link on the download page, but be sure that the offer to promote your product for 100% commission takes precedence on the page.

It’s more important to build your list of buyers than to make quick cash, because that list of buyers will pay you over and over again.

SMART MOVE: Use your affiliate link inside the product and on the download page to promote a continuity program such as a membership or ongoing software program. This way you make extra money for several months or more, all from this one effort.

This time you’re selling your report or other info product for $5 to $7 just to get as many sales as possible. Collect your testimonials and add it to the sales page, and now upgrade the product to a live training for 7 to 20 times the price.

Let all of your report buyers know that they will get the training for FREE, and ask them to promote the training for you at 50-75% commission. All they have to do is send people to your free webinar.

You hold the webinar, give out some great info and then promote the offer. Nothing closes more sales than live webinars because the listeners get a real feel for you and what you’re offering. Again you’re building your list of buyers and making money.

Method #3
Contact Forum Owner
Offer 100% Commissions
Recruit Buyers Into Affiliates

This is similar to Method #1, except this time instead of giving your product away, you’re going to contact forum owners (and website owners, too) and offer them 100% instant commissions if they will promote your product in banner ads on their website.

On the one time offer page, instead of making an OTO, you’ll offer the buyers a chance to sell the product for 100% commissions. Then make the same offer on the download page. Add in an affiliate link on the download page and inside the product so you make some quick cash, too.

In methods #1 and #3, the top priority is building a list of buyers you can promote to over and over again, and the second priority is making some money.

Method #2 reverses this. If you’re selling a $97 training at 50% commission, you can make some serious money fairly quickly. And you’ll still be building your list – in fact you’ll have three lists: The first list is everyone who purchased your inexpensive info product. The second list is all those who signed up for your initial webinar, and the third is a sub list of those who purchased the actual training product.

As you can see, it’s not rocket science to simultaneously build your list and make money.

We’re always trying to over complicate things, aren’t we? Making things appear more difficult than they really are. Why is that?

The other day I saw a break down of the 7 things you need to build your online marketing business, which was 2 more than you really need. Here’s my list: Network, List Build, Focus, Take Action, Produce. That’s right, just 5 things.

So let’s break each one down to it’s simplest form:

Network. Make friends with other marketers in your niche, whatever that niche might be. When you need help (such as promotion) call on them. Help them out when they need it.

Why is networking so important? 3 reasons: First, working from home can be lonely, daunting, and just plain difficult. It’s easy to procrastinate. It’s easy to get bogged down on some little obstacle. But when you’ve got others to turn to for morale support, it gets a whole lot easier.

Second, you can get quick help. Having trouble loading that widget or formatting that ebook? Contact your friend who’s a wiz at it and you’ve got the help you need. Be there to help them, too.

Third, promotion. Do you think it’s just coincidence when you get 5 or 10 emails promoting the same product? No. Those are friends of the person launching the product. It can make all the difference in the world to have a list of people to turn to when it comes to promoting your products. Without networking, your list is going to be a whole lot smaller.

Build a list. No need to spell this one out – if you’ve got a list then you’ve got people to promote to. The better and bigger the list, the more prosperous your business can be. If you’re not list building, begin now – as in TODAY.

Focus. I know I’ve hit on this before, but here goes – STAY FOCUSED! I wanted to add a swear word after that for emphasis, but in the interest of keeping this PG I won’t.

So many times I see people jump from this to that to the thing over there and around and around and they never stay focused on one thing for more than a day or two and then they wonder WHY they’re aren’t successful.

Pick something. ONE thing. Then FOCUS on that one thing until you’ve got it done. Eliminate distractions. If need be, REMOVE distractions from your immediate vicinity. Set a work schedule and STICK to the work schedule.

Here’s something to make it simple:

The more focused you are,
the more money you will earn.


Take Action. Don’t just plan and daydream, DO. Move forward every single day by taking a real action that gets you closer to your goals.

Produce products. LOTS of products. There are those who buy lots of products and those who PRODUCE lots of products. Who do you think is more successful?

Let’s put it another way – what are your odds of success if you produce one product versus 10 products? 100 products? Not all of your products will be grand slams, but when you produce enough of them then some of them will be hits. Also, by producing your own products you’re also building your own reputation online, which furthers your success. So take the plunge and begin producing products to sell in your business – in fact, make a HABIT out of product production.

That’s it. Do these 5 things day in and day out starting today and continuing as long as you’re an online marketer, and success will almost undoubtedly be yours.

But you know what? Getting hate mail is actually a GOOD thing.

In a nutshell, here’s why…

If you’re trying to please everyone, you’re pleasing no one. If you’re pleasing no one, well, you’re probably not making any money.

The reason we choose a niche is because we’re targeting a certain market. Everyone else need not apply. It’s like in sales – you’ve got to get through some “no’s” to get to the “yes’s.”

But online is slightly different because instead of people simply telling you “no,” you’ll have a few who go off the deep end and write you a nasty email.

What should you do?

First, be happy. If you’re annoying somebody that bad, you’re also making others happy. Do you think Rush Limbaugh (a famous ultra-conservative radio talk show host in the U.S.) angers a lot of people? You bet! Yet he’s a multi-multi-millionaire.

Second, don’t reply. People who send you hate mail are trolls, and the moment you enter into a conversation with a troll you have lost. So just ignore it.

Third, you might talk about the email to your readers. Why would you do something so seemingly crazy? People like to “belong.” And when they read the email, they will see it as written by someone outside of your clique. It becomes an “us” vs “them” sort of thing, with you and your readers being the “us.”

Your audience will appreciate that they are a part of YOUR group and will see the offending party as an outsider, thereby strengthening your bond with your people. It can even make your sales go up for that day.

So next time you get hate mail, smile and know that you are indeed doing something right.

One more thing – be sure to delete and blacklist the sender from every email list you’ve got. The best thing about this kind of person is never hearing from them again.
